Ready set go!

I'm always on the lookout for fun places to take the girls.  While we were in LA we found this indoor playspace called Jumping Genius.  Clean, quiet and lots of fun stuff to play with.  The girls loved these little roller coasters.  They must have raced each other a dozen times.  Sabrina can push the car and do it all herself and Maddie was able to hang on and not fall off :)

Happy Hollow with CJ

We love living so close to Happy Hollow.  Happy Hollow is a children's zoo with rides, a great play area, puppet show and more.  We usually go every couple of weeks or so.  We could go more, but I don't want the girls to get tired of going there.  On this day we went with Elaine CJ.  The girls had a great time going on Danny the Dragon, playing in the play area and seeing the puppet show.  It's a great way to spend a morning.  I'd like to say it's a great place to spend an afternoon, but they close too early for us to get there, by the time Maddie wakes up from her afternoon nap they are closed or almost closing.
We climbed to the top!  Now help us down

Are we there yet?

Speed boat Maddie

In my Las Madres Willow Glen group, we donate money to the Willow Glen Baptist Church and then let us use their nursery room.  They've got lots of great toys and it's a nice place to go to hang out with other mommies and babies.  While Sabrina was at preschool I took Maddie and she loves it there.  She really does like that boat.
Where's the motor?

Dinner with friends

Sometimes my favorite playdates are the ones in the late afternoon and all the kids eat dinner together.  It really helps to move the day along.  I think the hardest time of the day (for me) is between 5:30 -7pm.  Come on daddy get home already!  But when we go over to a friend's house to play and have dinner, the time just flies by.  Then all you have to do is throw them in the bath and get ready for bedtime.  Love it.  On this day we went over to Lorraine, Arwen and Hazel's house.  Eliza & Violet, CJ, Dillon & Lucie and Lauren & Addy came over too.  The kids played great together and Lorraine ordered pizza for dinner.  Yea!!  That evening I had a meeting to go so Jerry came by to pick up the girls.  What a great afternoon!

Walking Home From Preschool

Well, Vander's preschool, anyways.  Sabrina and Vander are currently on opposite school days.  I will be happy when everyone is going Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (like us!).  We went over to Ashley's and walked over to pick up Vander from preschool.  Well, Oliven and Maddie were in the stroller and Sabrina scootered over to the school.  Ashley lives only a few minutes from the preschool, which is so nice.  We picked up Vander and headed back to their house, where the kids played and ate lunch together. Sabrina and Vander decided to end the walk holding hands.  So sweet!
A lovely lunch-time stroll
